These Terms of Service are applicable unless and until they are terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or that you have stopped using our site.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have failed to comply, or we suspect that you have not complied with one or more provisions of these Terms of Service, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for the payment of any amounts owed up to the termination date; and/or, we may deny you access to our Services (or any part of these services).

20. Free Items with Your Purchases
If it is possible to add free items to your cart and they appear on your order and shipping confirmations, this does not guarantee that you will receive the item with your order. Free items can only be received with specific and/or promotional orders, and they are sent at our sole discretion based on our available stock, regardless of whether the item appears in your cart or not.
21. Returned Orders
In the event of an initial delivery failure, our shipping service provider will attempt to deliver your Fuelees products to your delivery address at least one more time, contacting you by phone (if applicable), by email, and leaving a notice at the delivery location. If you do not respond to these messages and our shipping service provider is unable to deliver your package, it will be returned to our distribution site in France with return shipping fees: If your package is returned to us, the redelivery fees will be at Fuelees’ discretion upon carrier charges.
We strongly recommend that, if you receive a delivery notice/contact from our shipping service provider, you respond as quickly as possible to avoid high fees.
If you cancel your order, we will refund the amount of your order minus the initial delivery charges and return fees. As you can imagine, those fees will be high. Therefore, we recommend that as soon as you are contacted by our shipping service provider, you reschedule the delivery for a convenient time so that you can receive it.
If the reason your order is returned to us is our responsibility or that of our shipping service providers, we will cover the redelivery costs with no additional charge to you.
