Refund policy

1. Orders Return

At Fuelees, we like things simple, so you can return your products for a refund within seven (7) days after delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, items must not have been opened or used and should be in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note that in the case of an unopened product return, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration before returning any products. We thank you for your understanding.

2. Order Cancellations

Since we work quickly to ship your orders as fast as possible, once an order has been placed and paid for, we cannot cancel or modify it. This includes changes to products, addresses, or payment methods. You can still return an order for a refund within the required time frame.
